Where we ship

We ship internationally. Some remote destinations may be unavailable or incur additional carrier fees.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7-10 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance and local carrier handling. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Lost, delayed or undeliverable orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact support@tryuvera.com and we will help track it down. Orders returned as undeliverable can be reshipped (reshipping costs may apply) or refunded.
